By placing an order with The Funeral Song you agree to these terms.

The service

We write and produce original songs based on the brief you submit on the order page. Delivery is by email. Standard turnaround is 3 days; rush is 24 hours.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes (including EU VAT and UK VAT where required) are calculated and added automatically at checkout.

Ownership and use

Once delivered and paid for, the song is yours. You may play it at the service, share it with family, and keep it. We retain the right to feature the song as an example only if you give explicit permission on the order form.

Limitations

The service is provided as-is. We make every effort to deliver on time and to the brief, but if a technical issue, force majeure, or any other cause prevents delivery, our liability is limited to refunding the amount paid.

Production methods

We use modern AI-assisted music production tools combined with human writing and finishing. This is disclosed on the how it works page so you can decide whether the service is right for you.

Governing law

The Funeral Song is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Lithuania. These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. EU consumer protections apply where required.
